1. The service
YKurdo Remote lets you connect your own computer to AI assistants (via MCP) so they can work on files and run commands that you allow. The Personal edition runs locally. The Commercial edition adds an account, remote access through our server, and a paid subscription.
2. Your responsibility
- You decide which folders, tools and commands are allowed. Tools can read, change and delete files and run programs on your computer. Configure Allowed Folders and tool switches before use and keep backups.
- You are responsible for everything an AI assistant does on your machine with the access you grant, and for keeping your account and device credentials secret.
- Use only on computers you own or are authorised to administer. No unlawful use, no attacks on third parties, no circumventing the product's limits.
3. Account and subscription
- Commercial plans: monthly or yearly, prices shown at checkout (tax included where required). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time from the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
4. Refunds
See the Refund Policy. EU/Italian consumers keep their statutory rights.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change; material reductions to a paid plan will be notified in advance.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for data loss, indirect or consequential damage, or actions of third-party AI systems. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. intent, gross negligence, consumer rights under the Italian Consumer Code).
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
8. Law and disputes
Italian law applies, without removing the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Consumers may bring claims in their home courts. EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
9. Changes to these terms
Updates are published here with the date above; significant changes are emailed to account holders.
