What we process

Not collected: the Personal edition sends nothing to us. In the Commercial edition, file contents and command output pass through our server only to deliver the request you or your AI assistant made; they are not stored beyond what is needed to deliver the result (results of remote calls are automatically deleted after 7 days; call records after 90 days).
Payments
Paddle, as Merchant of Record, collects and processes your payment details and is an independent controller for them. We receive only subscription status and identifiers, not card data.
Processors / recipients
Hosting provider (EU region, name published on request), email delivery (Resend), Paddle. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Account data until account deletion; audit logs 90 days; billing records as required by Italian tax law (10 years).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent: write to [email protected]. You may complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
Security
Tokens hashed, data encrypted in transit, sensitive fields encrypted at rest, access limited. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected users and authorities of breaches as required.
